Kinetic Powder Coating Ltd. opened in 1996 and is owned and operated by Ray Hill and John Slauenwhite.  The idea to open a Powder Coating shop was conceived while Ray was working as an electroplater in Victoria.  He was very interested in opening a finishing shop that was an alternative to the highly toxic and environmentally unfriendly business of Chrome plating.  Ray and John researched what was available and were very impressed with the (then relatively new) process of Powder Coating.
